Your Website and Navigation
Your new website will have three major navigation elements:
The Main menu The products categories Your sub page menus and footer information.
The Main Menu
This is the primary navigation method for your website and is most commonly on a Florists website:
- Home
- Occasions
- Flowers
- FAQs / Ordering Details
- About Us
- Gallery
- Contact
You can however change these to suit your own style. With Occasions and Flowers, these will either link to a specific product category OR a page with either icons or images to reflect the underlying product categories.
The product categories are chosen for your product catalogue
Footer / Sub Menus
The footer will generally have all of your legal statements and security information. Most commonly these are the links in the footer:
- Privacy
- Copyright
- Legal
- Security of Ordering Online
- Refund Policy
