Understanding Order Status
When an order is placed on your website it is automatically given a status of Pending, there are however a few more statuses and how you can use them.
Pending:
The order has been placed and is waiting to be delivered, printed, relayed etc.
Relayed:
the order has been relayed to one of your relay networks
Printed:
The order has been printed
Delivered:
the order has been delivered
Blank :
If the status is blank the order was never completed. This is quite common on websites, customers will often start an order but decide for various reasons not to continue with the order.
Changing Status
To change the status of an order, click the status icon
In the new window choose the status from the drop down box
Click Change Status.
If you are changing from pending to another status the order will no longer be displayed in your manage orders screen.
