Probably the most cost effective way to market ad promote your online store is email marketing, its virtually free and very effective at driving traffic to your website.

The Flower Store In a Box software already captures all of your online customers details so you can effectively and easily send out eMail newsletters.

To send out a newsletter you first need to write your content and choose what images you will be using.

Synchronise your database 

You then need to Synchronise your customer database with the Mailing List Database

  1. Log in to Sliced Bread and Click the Shopping Cart icon
  2. Click the Marketing, Promotions and Newsletters Dashboard option
  3. Then click the Synchronise Your Members and mailing List
  4. Choose which mailing List you are synchronising in the drop down box
  5. Click Next.

Create a Newsletter

  1. Click the Dashboard Icon in the main Sliced Bread Screen
  2. Choose the option My Mailing List
  3. Wait for the page to load and then click Add New Newsletter
  4. Enter the title of the newsletter and click Add New Newsletter
  5. Copy, Paste and format your newsletter, you can copy and paste images from your website in here
  6. When you are done click save Newsletter
  7. You can view your newsltter in a new window by clicking the Preview icon

You can also send your self a test newsletter by clicking the Send Preview icon and the newsletter will be emailed to you

Sending the Newsletter

 Once you are happy with the newsletter and you have tested all the links from your email you are ready to email the newsletter.

  1. Click the Send Newsletter Icon
  2. From the drop down list choose which list you are sending the newsletter to and click Send Newsletter
  3. The newsletter will now be sent and will be saved as a page on your website for archival or publishing.
