Adding products to your product catalogue

Your new website requires that you add products in to the product catalogue.

To add a new product to the catalogue:

Log in to Sliced Bread and click the Shopping Cart Icon in the main menu
From the main menu options choose: Manage Products
Click the Add New Product Icon
Enter a name for the product, try and make it something more than just Red Roses i.e.
1 Dozen lovely Red Roses
Click the In Stock box to make the product appear on your website and allow it to be ordered.
If you want to order the way the products are listed on the page enter then number for the order of this product, i.e.:
1 - will be the first product displayed
Choose the category of the product from the categories already added
Next you can add up to 4 different price options here. These might be a standard, Deluxe, Premium or additonally you may include additonal items like vases etc.
Enter the option name
Enter the price of the product without the \$ symbol, just numbers like:
49.95
Upload your product image and the system will automatically resize it to fit the website.
Enter a description for your product. Ideally your description should be at least fifty words to maximise the Search Engine Optimistaion of the page.
Under Advanced Settings if you have different colour choices for the product enter them in the Color Options i.e.:
Pink: Blue: Red etc
